About Me

I’m Felix, a psychodynamic psychotherapist based in London.

I grew up speaking both French and English, and have spent most of my adult life living between cultures. That experience of belonging and not-quite-belonging has shaped the way I listen, especially to questions of identity, difference, and home.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the performing arts and later in leadership development. These paths taught me a great deal about projection, vulnerability, and the emotional lives we carry into rooms without realising it. They also gave me a deep interest in the body — how emotion takes shape in posture, breath, and movement — and how this can support therapeutic work.

My clinical training is in psychodynamic psychotherapy. I pay attention to the stories beneath the surface, the patterns that repeat, and the emotional experiences that come alive in the relationship between us. I aim to offer a consistent, confidential space where difficult feelings can be held, explored, and gradually understood.

I work with adults of all backgrounds, including people navigating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, identity, sexuality, and belonging. My practice is inclusive and affirming of LGBTQ+ clients and people from minority and culturally diverse communities.

Therapy with me is steady, reflective, and grounded in curiosity. The aim isn’t to “fix” you, but to help you develop a different relationship with yourself — one that makes room for resilience, clarity, and lasting change.
