I offer a reflective and containing space where we look together at what lies beneath your thoughts and feelings, and the patterns that shape your relationships. This work creates room for understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.

About me

What Therapy Feels Like

We sit together, you talk about whatever feels important, and we stay with whatever arises in the moment. We notice shifts, tensions, and moments of insight as they appear in the room. Over time, this way of working supports self-understanding and helps you feel more grounded in yourself.

Who I Work With

People who work with me may be:

  • experiencing anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem

  • living with rumination or intrusive thoughts

  • struggling with overthinking or perfectionism

  • feeling exposed, self-critical, or caught up in comparison

  • LGBTQ+ people exploring identity, gender, sexuality, or belonging

  • people of colour and those from minority backgrounds navigating culture, identity, or feeling out of place

  • professionals facing stress, burnout, or the pressure to appear in control

My practice is inclusive, welcoming, and open to all identities and backgrounds.

Psychodynamic Therapy

I work psychodynamically. I provide a reflective space to support insight into your inner world. I see symptoms not as problems to be fixed, but as messages to be understood. The aim is to shift how you relate to yourself, others and the world, and to open the way for deep and lasting growth.
